The staff in the office was very forthcoming in guiding us through the entire experience. Reminders about depreciation cost refund with proper reporting, and a reminder that future premiums would be discounted because of the new roof. Insurance isn’t all encompassing for insured loses but open communication makes the premium cost worthwhile.
